You should always review your basket before completing your order. Papilladefruta not responsible in any way for mistakes or omissions given by the user To complete your order, you must go through the process of purchasing online, and accept payment clicking on the option to confirm your card data. After formalizing this step, you will receive an payment confirmation email from us. Papilladefruta will supply products subject to availability.

Payment

PayPal offers the option to pay with any credit card without the need to be registered with this service. You can also make your purchase by bank transfer (only for Spain)*.   PAYPAL (icono) It's a system that allows you to pay online payments quickly and safely. You can pay either through your PayPal account or with a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account.   Just follow their payment instructions. PayPal is a global leader in online payments, and it is easy to use, very safe and free.

Delivery

Our deliveries are made via Correos or courier company. Only Islands, Ceuta or Melilla and international deliveries are made by Correos*.

1. PREPARATION: We prepare orders and shipment every Tuesday and Friday. If you make your purchase on Monday, we ship the next day. If you place an order on Friday night, won’t ship until Tuesday.

2. SHIPMENT: National deliveries takes up to 72 hours (3 working days). For deliveries to Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, is possible it takes up to 7 working days. International deliveries takes about 10-30 working days (depending on the country)* Deliveries by Correos, will receive an email with the control code. With the provided code, you can track your order using the locator www.correos.es.
If you're absent from home at the time of delivery, a note will be left for you to collect your order at the nearest office within a maximum period of 15 days. If after that time, the package is not picked up from the office, it will be returned to Papilla de fruta. In that case, you'll have to pay the delivery charges again. So, try to be aware of the dates or leave an address where someone is sure to collect the package (work, home, parents home…)

* Papilla de fruta is not responsible for any surcharge arising from the customs of your destination. This payment shall be borne by the buyer.

Warranty & Returns

The products you'll find in this shop are handmade designs, exclusive from Papilla de fruta. Our productions are limited. When preparing each piece, we pay attention to the smallest detail, but you may find small imperfections. This gives character to a garment made by hand. 
We always try to ensure that images that appear on the website are as close to the final product as possible. But there may be slight differences in colour, depending on the computer screen, tablet or phone you're using.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Papilladefruta wants to ensure the satisfaction of our costumers. So, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, and you need to return it, you have 7 working days to notify via email. The product must be in perfect condition with labelling, packaging and original pieces. 
When Papilladefruta receives it, and having verified that the item is in perfect condition, the refund will be made* ONLY THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT.  
Delivery and refund costs must be borne by the purchaser unless the product arrived damaged or was not correct. In this case, Papilla de fruta will bear all transportation costs. 
If on reviewing the returned item, Papilla de fruta detects that it has not been returned in perfect condition, you will automatically be given the option to re-send it again, but  you will have to re-assume the costs of the new delivery. If there is no response within 30 natural days, Papilla de fruta, reserves the right not to refund the purchase price. 

* Papilla de fruta, will refund the amount within a period of 30 working days from the time of checking the item. Once received and checked, you will receive an email informing you how to proceed.  

If the package has been damaged in transit, you must be mentioned in the delivery note. Whenever possible, send us a photograph of the damage are appraised for insurance to take charge and to resend your order.
